Last night was the 2010 State Farm Homerun Derby. In the derby was Miguel Cabrera, Hanley Ramirez, Corey Hart, David Ortiz, Nick Swisher, Chris Young, Vernon Wells, and Matt Holiday. David Ortiz, Corey Hart, Hanley Ramirez, and Matt Holiday advanced to the second round. In the second round, David Ortiz and Hanley Ramirez both hit 21 homers in total which let them advance to the finals. In the finals, David Ortiz hit 11 homeruns and Hanley Ramirez hit 5 homeruns. Therefore, David Ortiz won the 2010 State Farm Homerun Derby.
