The Red Bulls New Stadium

Today, July 9th 2010, Write on Sports visited the New York Red Bulls practice and here's what we found out. Last, year the New York Red Bulls were in last place. It was a bad way to go out in their last year in their stadium in the meadowlands. Their new stadium is in Harrison, New Jersey.

With their new stadium, the Red Bulls are in second place. Some of the players and the assistant coach say that the reason why they are in second place is because of their new stadium. Christina, Kate(communications and community relations), and Luke Sassano(player) agree that their new stadium gives them a big home field advantage.

They said that one of their advantages is that their new field is grass and not turf that some of the other teams' fields are. Another, advantage is that the fans are great. The fans will always cheer for the Red Bulls. The cheering for the Red Bulls gives the Red Bulls momentum and throws off the other team. Luke Sassano, assistant coach Richard Williams, and Danleigh Borman(player) all agree that the Red Bulls have a great shot at winning the championship. I  would definitely like to see the Red Bulls accomplish this major feat.
